I have an eBenefits account, how do I Start or Continue the process of adding a dependent using VDC?
Log onto eBenefits and using your DS Logon navigate to the "Manage Dependents (VONAPP Direct Connect)" screen. On the VDC screen, you will be provided with the option to "Start a New Application", continue an "Open Application" or view "Submitted Application" by clicking the associated links. Select the appropriate option to either start or continue an application, which will initiate the step-by-step wizard tool.
