Is there a foreclosure timeframe extension for litigation?

Is there a foreclosure timeframe extension for litigation?

The only automatic extension is for bankruptcy filings, which adds an additional 180 days to the maximum allowable foreclosure timeframe. All extensions must be appealed after the final claim has been paid. Supporting documentation for the delay must be submitted at the time of the appeal.
