What is a fiduciary?

 

A fiduciary is a person or entity appointed in a representative capacity to receive monies paid under any of the laws administered by the Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for the use and benefit of a minor, Veteran, or other beneficiary who has been determined to be unable to manage their financial affairs.
