Why has my BDD claim taken more than 60 days since I left service?

I was told that my BDD claim would take 60 days. Why has it been 120 days since I left service and I have not received my rating?
Although the BDD Pre-Discharge Program is offered to accelerate receipt of VA disability benefits, the goal is to provide these benefits within 60 days after release or discharge from service. VA may encounter delays in receiving medical evidence, requesting additional medical examinations to properly evaluate a condition or verifying service.

There is not yet a standard for processing time for Quick Start claims. However, if the claim packet is complete and the service member is available to complete his exams, benefits can be awarded timely.
