PCRs must review the system to determine if a RAMP end product (EP) has been established.  If an EP is established, PCRs must advise the caller that the second Opt-In Notice is a duplicate and no action is necessary.  If there is no EP established, PCRs must follow procedural guidance above to refer the issue to a DMO.
